Adults only (18+)
The Service contains content intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. Entry is preceded by an age gate.
Absolute ban on content involving minors
Any content depicting or suggesting the involvement of minors is prohibited, as is content showing adults styled as minors. A breach results in immediate deletion of the account and a report to the competent authorities.
Consent and voluntariness
All content must be created with the consent of the persons depicted. Content created or distributed without consent is prohibited.
Prohibited content and conduct
Illegal content, content depicting non-consensual violence, content inciting crime and content infringing the rights of third parties are prohibited. It is also prohibited to offer, advertise or seek paid meetings or services of a sexual nature in the Service, to publish other people’s personal data or image without consent, to spam and to impersonate others.
Payments between Users
The Service does not intermediate in payments between Users and is not responsible for arrangements made between them. All relationships and arrangements between Users are voluntary and must comply with the law and these Rules.
Moderation and appeals
The Service Provider moderates User content and may remove content that breaches the law or these Rules, and restrict or block an Account. We inform the author of such a decision together with a statement of reasons; the decision may be appealed by e-mail to fetish.businesswoman@gmail.com within 14 days.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone may report content they consider illegal or in breach of these Rules – via the contact form or by e-mail to fetish.businesswoman@gmail.com – giving the address (URL) of the content, an explanation of why it is illegal and (optionally) their contact details and a statement that the report is made in good faith. We handle reports promptly and inform the reporter of the decision. Content involving minors is removed immediately and reported to law enforcement.
Discretion
We respect Users’ privacy. Mutual discretion applies – disclosing information about other Users outside the Service, including screenshots of profiles and messages, is prohibited.
This is a translation of the Polish original. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
