Data controller
The controller of personal data is Bangla Unlimited Karol Otręba, ul. Mickiewicza 23/1, 76-200 Słupsk, Poland, NIP (Polish tax ID) 8392860752 (the „Controller”). For personal data matters, write to fetish.businesswoman@gmail.com or in writing to the Controller’s address.
Special nature of data in the Service
The Service is intended for adults interested in femdom, sissy and fetish themes. The very fact of having an Account, as well as information in the profile (e.g. preferences, limits, gender identity), may reveal data concerning sex life or sexual orientation – i.e. special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR). We process such data only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), given when you create an Account. You may withdraw your consent at any time – by removing the data from your profile or deleting your Account; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Profiles and the community are visible only to logged-in Users.
What data, for what purpose and on what basis
- Account and profile – username, e-mail address, password (stored encrypted), profile information: provision of services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and explicit consent for special-category data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
- Membership and payments – Membership level, order history, transaction identifiers: performance of the contract (point b), tax and accounting obligations (point c), handling complaints and pursuing claims (point f). We do not receive payment card data – it is processed by the payment operator.
- Declarations made when ordering (acceptance of the Terms, consents, request to start performance before the withdrawal period ends) – demonstrating that they were made: legal obligations and protection against claims (points c and f).
- Lady Account application – data provided in the application: reviewing and verifying the application (point b; for special-category data – Art. 9(2)(a)).
- Private messages and group content – provision of services (point b), moderation and community safety (point f).
- Contact form and correspondence – name or nickname, e-mail address, message content: replying (point f).
- Security – IP address, server logs, login attempts: protecting the Service against abuse (point f).
- Statistics – Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (with data masking): only after you consent in the cookie banner (point a).
Recipients of data
Data may be disclosed only to the extent necessary: to the payment operator HotPay (ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp. k. and HotPay B2B sp. z o.o., Andrychów, Poland) – payment processing, the operator processing payment data as a separate controller; to the hosting provider (Zenbox); to Automattic Inc. / WordPress.com (Jetpack plugin – contact form and protection against attacks); to Google (statistics – after consent; backups); to Microsoft (Clarity – after consent); and to our accounting office. Data is not sold or used for profiled advertising.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google, Microsoft and Automattic may process data in the United States. Transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
- Account and profile – until the Account is deleted; special-category data – until consent is withdrawn or the data is removed from the profile.
- Orders and accounting documents – 5 years from the end of the tax year and until claims become time-barred.
- Consents and declarations – for the duration of the contract and until claims become time-barred.
- Correspondence – until the matter is closed and any claims become time-barred.
- Rejected Lady Account application – up to 30 days from the decision.
- Security logs – up to 90 days.
- Statistics – up to 14 months (Google Analytics) and up to 30 days for session recordings (Microsoft Clarity).
Cookies
- Necessary (no consent required): login and session (WordPress, Paid Memberships Pro), age confirmation

You can change your consent at any time using the „Cookie settings” option available in the Service.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict and port it, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland). Send requests to fetish.businesswoman@gmail.com.
Voluntary provision and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to create an Account and use the Membership. Consent to processing special-category data is a condition of using the Service, because its very nature reveals such data. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Changes to this policy
This policy applies from 10 October 2026. We will inform you of material changes in the Service and by e-mail.
This is a translation of the Polish original. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
